Pitstop Rewards privacy notice

What we collect

Your mobile number, the first name you give us, the home store you pick, and your activity in the program: points earned, purchase totals (not the items), giveaway claims and redemptions, and the store where each happened.

How we use it

To run the program: sign you in with a one-time text code, track your points, let you claim weekly giveaways, and report program results by store. We do not sell your information.

Text messages

When you join, we send one-time sign-in codes to your number. Message and data rates may apply. We only send marketing texts if you separately opt in, and you can reply STOP at any time to those.

Who sees it

Pitstop Express staff who run the program, and the service providers that host it (database hosting and text-message delivery), who may only use it to provide those services.

Your choices

You can update your name and home store in the app. To close your account and delete your data, open the app → your name → “Delete my account”; it takes effect immediately. You can also email pitstoprewards@psemgmt.com and we complete deletion within 7 days. Purchase totals may remain in anonymous store reports.
